This was a very fun private commission. I got to make two wedding plates as gifts for two different couples. The plates themselves are handmade (though not by me, plates are difficult) and then I painted them with a coloured underglaze and finished them with a food safe transparant glaze.
So they're fine to eat from, although I hope they'll just be hanging on a wall.
